The author includes valuable information that her peers in other parts of the country can use to improve their services to the community PLUS there is a section that, if followed, encourages one to live a better life while away from the library. Alas, as a fallen away 'lifetime member' of WeightWatchers, I have't done well at following the good suggestions!
